Return Policy
We are confident that you will love your new Zero Breeze products. However, If you're dissatisfied with your Zero Breeze products for any reason at all, simply notify us within 30 days of the delivered date. You will pay for return shipping unless it is a quality problem.

Please note: 

The 30-day return policy is currently only available in the U.S.

Special offer products do not support returns without quality problems.

Requesting a Return
Your Zero Breeze comes with a 30-day return policy after delivered. If you would like to return your Zero Breeze and you're still within 30 days of delivered, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@zerobreeze.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (an RMA). 

In your request, please include the following information: 

● The serial number of your Zero Breeze (you can locate it on the bottom or back of the product and the accessories do not have serial numbers. )
● Your Zero Breeze login email.
● A brief explanation for the return. This will be helpful to us to improve our product.
● To ensure a safe return to Zero Breeze, you must use the original box. If some items in the set are not present, and/or the packaging is damaged, a restocking fee may apply.
The email should contain:

1 Photos that clearly show the appearance of all sides of the product

2 Photos of the complete accessory display

3 Photos of the original packaging



Please ensure the Zero Breeze is packaged correctly. Due to its size and weight, it very important to follow these instructions closely to avoid damage.  Zero Breeze may deduct from your refund if the returned product is damaged.



Please note that the 30-day money back guarantee must meet the following requirements: 
* The product and accessories with original packaging.
* The product and accessories shouldn't be any cracks, dents, scratches or any factors that may affect re-sales.

Customer Service team will confirm with you for the return reason, and will also need you to provide the product and package photos from different angles. Once confirmed, you will get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number with a return address.

You need to write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.

In order to successfully receive the returned goods, please inform us of the tracking number in time after the goods are sent. If due to customer or logistics reasons, the warehouse does not receive the return, we will not refund.

Once your return has been received, please allow us up to 10 business days to process your refund. On your bank side, it also needs 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. For disputed orders, it takes 3-6 months to resolve.




Kickstarter/Indiegogo Return & Refund Policy

Please note that while all of our products are backed by the Zero Breeze warranty policy, we do not currently offer refunds or returns for products purchased on Kickstarter/Indiegogo. Crowdfunding is a critical part of what enables Zero Breeze to grow our business, gather community feedback, and launch new products – and that requires a stable foundation from our backers where funds raised do not fluctuate once the campaign is closed. Your pledge is recognized as an investment in the design and production process and not a direct refundable payment. If you prefer to retain the ability for cancellations or refunds, please join us as a pre-order on Zero Breeze.com once our crowdfunding campaign is complete. Cancel order or change address

All workday orders in the US are usually picked up by the courier company within 24 hours, and the tracking number will be available within 48 hours.
If you need to cancel the order, please contact customer service (customerservice@zerobreeze.com) to check whether your order has been picked up. If not, we will try to cancel the order or change the address for you, but this does not guarantee the success. Any resulting losses shall be borne by the customer.
If your order has been picked up, regardless of whether you have received the tracking number or whether there is tracking information, the order can't be cancelled and the address can't be changed. Because in such case, the goods have been handed over to the courier company for processing, and their status will not be under our control. If you still choose to cancel the order, you can choose to reject it when the goods arrive, and then apply for a refund. We will process the refund within 10 working days after confirming the receipt of the returned package, and deduct the round-trip shipping fee. If due to customer or logistics reasons, the warehouse does not receive the package rejected by the customer, we will not refund.

Replacement Policy



Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product is defective.You can request our Replacement Service. 
Please contact us via email customerservice@zerobreeze.com 
We will confirm with you the reason for the failure of the product by providing some photos or videos as proof. Once confirmed, you will get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number with shipping label. 
You need  to write the RMA number on the shipping label  of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label, the package may not be accepted by our warehouse. 
In order to successfully receive the returned goods, please inform us in time after the goods are sent. If due to customer reasons, the warehouse does not receive the return, we will not make a replacement or refund.
Once your return has been received, please allow us up to 2 business days to check the problem. Then we will make a new replacement for you.

WARRANTY POLICIES
