We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return on products. Customers  has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Customers need to pay the shipping costs for the return of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@zerobreeze.com

1. If any product arrives at customer damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer's service team ( support@zerobreeze.com ) to get a repair. 

2. Zero Breeze provides 1-year warranty for all products, if customers get any question or problems, please contact us at support@zerobreeze.com

Policy for Return & Refund

1. Any return or refund must contact support@zerobreeze.com

2. For the return package, please arrange by express. 

3The items should be returned to the correct address as instructed. If the products are returned to a wrong address, we will keep the right to refuse refund due to not receive returned products.

4. All returned goods will be inspected for functions, damage, and authenticity upon receipt.

5. Our Return Merchandise Authorization team will check the goods.
