Cancellation & Change Orders

All workday orders in the US are usually picked up by the courier company within 24 hours, and the tracking number will be available within 48 hours.

If you need to cancel the order, please contact customer service (customerservice@zerobreeze.com) to check whether your order has been picked up. If not, we will try to cancel the order or change the address for you, but this does not guarantee the success. Any resulting losses shall be borne by the customer.

If your order has been picked up, regardless of whether you have received the tracking number or whether there is tracking information, the order can't be cancelled and the address can't be changed. Because in such case, the goods have been handed over to the courier company for processing, and their status will not be under our control. If you still choose to cancel the order, you can choose to reject it when the goods arrive, and then apply for a refund. We will process the refund within 10 working days after confirming the receipt of the returned package, and deduct the round-trip shipping fee. If due to customer or logistics reasons, the warehouse does not receive the package rejected by the customer, we will not refund.

Zero Breeze's Story

In 2014, our founder Max went on a camping trip. As he was sweating in the heat, he questioned why there is no suitable outdoor air conditioning for outdoor camping, especially in today's technological age. He then realized such demand exists, so we started to constantly seek solutions. After repeated disappointments, we decided to start our own creation.

In 2016, we designed a first real portable battery-powered air conditioner to gain support from Kickstarter crowdfunding. Empowered by the millions of people through crowdfunding, our original Mark 1 battery-powered portable AC was launched in a way that subverted industry imagination.

In 2019, we learned from the first generation experiences and mistakes and integrated more complete and professional R&D and supply chain. We launched a more mature and better true battery-driven air conditioner- Mark 2.

From the impossible as considered by traditional air-conditioning industry experts, to being recognized by industry experts. From the absence of matching parts and lack of suppliers to having industry top-grade professional suppliers cooperate with us, working together in research and development

Notes:

1. Different forms of payment cannot be combined, and you can only use one bank card for each order.
2. If a PayPal dispute occurs before shipment, the order will be held because PayPal will withhold payment under such circumstances. Please settle the dispute to proceed with the order.
3. Customer cannot pay with a credit or debit card if the order amount exceeds USD $3,500.

5. For your protection, orders are subject to Zero Breeze's verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner or that the order information is legitimate. Zero Breeze reserves the right to refuse an order if the order or payment information is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
