Limitations of Use

Either the 1-year warranty clause or the extended warranty card that comes with the product applies to air-conditioning units in a normal domestic environment. Damage caused by abnormal use, accidental damage, modification, natural disasters, etc. is not included. The extended warranty card is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Extended Warranty Cost

The cost of purchasing an extended warranty card for your Mark 2 air conditioner will depend on the number of years of extended warranty you choose. The cost of the extended warranty is a one-time payment purchased with the original product.
