Return Eligibility Checklist
To ensure a smooth refund process:

The product must be clean and securely packed

Include all original accessories (power cords, adapters, air ducts, etc.)

Original packaging is strongly recommended. If missing, see fees below

Return must be pre-approved and shipped within 7 days after approval
- If your order included a promotional item (e.g., free bag), it must be returned along with the main product to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, its retail value (e.g., $139) will be deducted from the refund.

Follow the link in that email to complete the Return Information Form

After review, we’ll email you the return address or a prepaid label

Once shipped, simply reply to the return approval email with your shipping carrier and tracking number.

If you choose to ship it yourself, use a trackable method and ensure secure packaging to prevent damage
Deductions & Conditions

Missing accessories (cables, adapters, ducts, etc.) will be deducted based on retail value

Visible wear, scratches, or minor damage may result in a restocking fee up to 20%

Items with cracks, severe damage, or misuse may be ineligible for return
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we inspect the item

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

If return tracking is not provided and the package is lost in transit, we may be unable to process your refund
Product Defects or Warranty Issues (within 30 Days)
If you believe your item is defective or not working properly, please do not submit a standard return request.
Instead, contact our support team at support@zerobreeze.com.
We’ll assign a technician to assist and determine if it qualifies for repair, replacement, or refund under warranty.
International Returns
We accept international returns on a case-by-case basis.
You must ship the item to our U.S. warehouse at your own cost.
International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
