If you’re using our prepaid label, the tracking number will be automatically recorded.

If you’re using your own carrier, please **submit your shipping carrier and tracking number** once the item is shipped. You can do this in one of the following ways:

1. Reply to the return approval email with your tracking info

2. After your return is approved, you'll also receive an email with a short form to upload your tracking details.
