48V Booster for Zero Breeze Mark 3

Power your Mark 3 from a 12V–36V DC power source using this compact, high-efficiency booster module.

⚠️ This product is intended for experienced users familiar with DC electrical systems. Please read all warnings below before use.

 Specifications:

  • Output Voltage: 48V

  • Rated Output Power: 600W

  • Cable Length: 1.2 meters (converter to D20 connector)

  • Input Voltage Range: 12V–36V DC

  • Input Current at 12V: Up to 55A (user-provided power source must support >600W)

 What's in the Box:

You can choose your preferred cable type:

  • Anderson Terminals Cable – Recommended for 24V–36V users

  • Eye Terminals Cable – Recommended for 12V battery users

  • 1 × 48V Converter Block

  • 1 × XT90 Input Cable (based on your selection)

⚠️ Important Notes & Disclaimers:

1. High Current Operation at 12V

At 12V input, the booster can draw over 50A.
This is not suitable for small power supplies or cigarette lighter ports. Use only with batteries or regulated DC sources capable of continuous 600W+ output.

We strongly recommend using the Eye Terminals cable for 12V applications.

2. DIY Electrical Knowledge Required

This is a high-current DC-to-DC converter intended for advanced users, including RV owners, off-grid system builders, and field technicians.
It requires:

  • Proper cable sizing and secure connections

  • Adequate heat management

  • Understanding of DC polarity and grounding

  • Use with fuses or circuit breakers if integrated into a custom system

Incorrect use may result in overheating, damage, or fire hazard.

3. Safety & Legal Disclaimer

  • This accessory is not UL/CE certified for standalone use. It is part of an integrated system for powering Mark 3 and should be used accordingly.

  • Zero Breeze is not liable for damages, injury, or loss resulting from incorrect installation or third-party modifications.

  • If you are unsure how to use this safely, please contact us before purchase.

Recommendations:

  • Use a fuse (60A+) on the positive line when operating at 12V

  • Avoid operating in enclosed spaces without ventilation

  • Always double-check polarity before connecting

  • Do not use damaged cables or terminals
