Yes it's expensive but compared to a 12K APU it's damn worth it and must have to every OTR and Regional truck driver. I git the Mark3 with 2 batteries. Batteries charge very fast while driving takes about 4 hours for both and each battery gives you at least 5 hours of cooling before it switch to the second battery, you can stack them and I keep mine at fan speed 2 and 76 temp.

Boat V-birth. The bulkhead leads to anchor locker. Working on a trim piece to tiddy up the holes. Just waiting on them two batteries so I know how tall it will be first. its a 270 Monterey express cruiser. I run the drain hose into the anchor locker with the intake and exhaust. There is a drain hole at the bottom of the locker to drain the water that comes up with the chain and anchor.

2016 Sienna Minivan Setup. Using a WeatherTech window cover as a template, I cut a 2" closed cell foam block to size. Nice snug fit! Cranking at full blast, as the van bakes in the Florida sun. Running at full cooling to see what longevity I get fĺIrom the battery. Using a Water Storage collapsible cube for drainage. Drilled a hole in the cap for very tight seal. It ran for about 2 hours on full blast, max fan.

Mine works great and making something small and light and very power efficient costs money! A regular 5200 btu ac weighs 45-50 lbs vs 22 lbs.
